Rally for Life Foundation LLC was founded by David C. Scheivert — Lifestyle Coach and MBA graduate. He is a pro natural bodybuilder and U.S. Army Veteran. Husband of nearly 20 years and father of four.David chose holistic health over dependency and hasn't looked back. He coaches the way he trains: consistent, honest and built for real life. Rally for Life Foundation LLC exists to make that same choice available to every man who needs it, starting with the veterans who need it most.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026Rally for Life Foundation LLC offers 3, 6 and 12-month coaching plans, paid in full or in fixed monthly payments.Commitment. Every plan is a commitment for its full term. Plans cannot be cancelled early, and monthly payments continue until the plan ends.Refunds. All payments are non-refundable. If we end your coaching early without cause, we will refund the unused portion.Pauses. You may pause for up to 2 weeks per 3 months of your plan for travel, illness or emergency. Our coaches are not physicians or registered dietitians. Coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.Assumption of risk. Exercise and diet changes carry a risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.No guaranteed results. Results vary with effort, health and genetics.Payments. Fees and payment terms are listed on this site and in your coaching agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Every plan is a commitment for its full term. Only the services that run the business, such as Typeform (applications), Trainerize (coaching app) and Stripe (payments). We never sell your information.Photos and results. We never post your photos, name or results without your written consent.Payments. Card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.Your choices.
